摘要
佛山市第一人民医院始建于1881年,跨越3个世纪的风风雨雨,特别是在改革开放初期建设的现代化医院,被誉为＂中国医院现代化建设起点＂,其专业、典雅、现代的设计荣获新中国成立60周年全国优秀建筑奖。医院成为1991年全国首批、广东省首家三级甲等医院,2015年率先成为广东省首家通过＂三甲复评＂的综合性医院。医院开放床位2500张;2017年,门急诊量330万人次,出院患者突破10万人次。
The three characteristics of the development of public hospitals in the new normal situation are ex- pounded, including the transformation of the way of development and the speed of development, the adjustment of compensation policy, and the continuing tension of the doctor-patient relationship. The challenges that public hospi- tals faces nowadays are explored, including gradual disappearance of scale effect, public welfare of public hospitals and the new normal situation of medical fee control. Four ideas of the development of public hospitals are proposed, including （1） defining the development orientation of the hospital accurately, （2） implementing the value-based healthcare, （3） strengthening the internal control in the hospital, （4） building the hospital information system in according with the era of big data.
