摘要 目的了解当前医院移动医疗App在门诊的功能、应用情况及存在的问题,并提出完善医院移动医疗App功能的方法。方法以北京市预约挂号统一平台上的57家三甲医院作为研究对象,总结医院移动医疗App的开通及应用功能建设情况。结果北京市预约挂号统一平台上三甲医院移动医疗App的开通率为26.32%。在线挂号功能的开通率为84.61%。院内导航、智能分诊开通率较低为15.38%,复诊预约的开通率仅为7.69%。结论医院App应用功能基本覆盖门诊流程,但仍需进一步开发。医院App开发应从自身需求出发,结合医院门诊流程,不断完善功能,应用设计更加人性化,同时也要注意加大App推广力度。 Objective To understand the function,application and problems of the hospital mobile health App in outpatient service,and to propose the method of perfecting hospital mobile health App. Methods Taking 57 tertiary hospitals in Beijing Unified Platform for Reservation Registration as objects,and summarizing the function of the hospital mobile health App. Results The opening rate of hospital mobile health App is 26.32%. The function of hospital appointment register opening rate is 84.61%,the navigation in hospital and intelligent triage opening rate is 15.38%,and the opening rate of further consultation with a doctor is only 7.69%. Conclusion App function is basically suitable to the outpatient service,but still needs to be further developed. The development of hospital app needs to meet the demand of hospital and improve its functions to make App more humane. At the same time,the intensity of App promotion needs to be increased.
