千岛湖配水工程输水隧洞群施工进度仿真与优化 被引量:5

摘要 隧洞群施工中的影响与限制条件多,不确定性与风险性强,不易准确预测与计算施工工期。通过对千岛湖配水工程输水隧洞群进度计划编制与控制的难点与特点的分析,建立了隧洞钻爆法施工过程的进度仿真模型,通过施工进度仿真,实现了对千岛湖配水工程的施工工期、施工方案及其关键施工参数的模拟、比选与优化。仿真计算结果表明,拟定的总体施工方案和施工工期可行,通过现场的科学管理与严格控制,不考虑政策处理及工程投标环节等不可预见因素,基本可在预定时间内完成工程建设;通过优化钻爆施工参数,施工工期还有进一步提升的空间,建议在工程实施阶段进一步做好爆破参数优化比选工作;在做好自卸汽车油烟控制的前提下,无轨运输出渣方案具有经济、灵活、可靠性高、施工便捷性等方面的综合优势,推荐采用。 Tunnel group construction has a lot of factors and constraints. It is uncertain and risky. It is difficult to predict and calculate the construction period. Difficulties and characteristics of schedule planning and control of water conveyance tunnel group of Thousand-Islet Lake water distribution project are analyzed. Construction progress simulation of tunnel construction by drilling and explosion method is established to realize the detailed simulation of the construction process. The construction schedule simulation can simulate,choose and optimize the construction period,the construction program and the key construction parameters of Thousand-Islet Lake water distribution project. The simulation results show that the proposed overall construction scheme and construction period are feasible. The construction can be completed within a predetermined time by scientific management and strict control of the scene. The construction period can be further reduced by optimizing the drilling and blasting parameters. Optimization and comparison of blasting parameters are suggested during the early stages of the project. The trackless transportation and output slag scheme has the comprehensive advantages of economy,flexible,reliability and construction convenience. The scheme is recommended for use if the dump truck fumes can be controlled well.
