在役双层网壳结构功能变更力学性能研究

RESEARCH ON MECHANICAL PROPERTIES OF FUNCTIONAL CHANGE OF DOUBLE-LAYER RETICULATED SHELL IN SERVICE

摘要 目前,建筑工程已经发展到一定阶段,结构的安全检测、加固改造已成为研究重点。为了研究结构功能变更后的安全性,结合天津体育馆双层网壳结构功能改造工程,对该在役双层网壳结构进行了现场静力加载试验,测定其关键杆件的应力与关键节点的位移变化情况。采用MIDAS有限元软件对结构进行静力性能分析,通过应力与节点位移变化量与试验值的对比,表明有限元软件模拟的准确性,再分析有限元模拟应力与位移加载后的绝对值。结果表明:功能改造后,结构整体受力与变形均在弹性变化范围之内,结构能够很好地满足变形、受力方面的要求,不需要进行加固处理。 At present, the construction project has developed to a certain stage, the safety detection and reinforcement of structure have become the focus of research. In order to study the safety of structure after the functional change,according to the double-layer reticulated shell structure function renovation project of Tianjin gymnasium,field static loading test was conducted on the structure, the stress of the key members and displacement of key joints were measured. The static performance analysis of the structure by using finite element software MIDAS,through the comparison of stress and displacement variation was carried out of joints and the test values, the results verified the accuracy of finite element simulation software, and the finite element simulation analysis was conducted to analyze the absolute value of the stress and displacement after loading. The results showed that after the transformation of the whole structure,the stress and deformation were within the elastic range,the structure could meet the requirements of the deformation and stress,and it not need to be reinforced.
