摘要
作为学校与企业共同推进的一项育人模式,连锁经营管理专业现代学徒制符合经济社会发展的需要,推动了现代职教体系的改革需求,拓宽了技术型人才的培养和成长通道。当然,在连锁经营管理专业现代学徒制具体的实施过程中,也存在学生认知错位及家长沟通匮乏、校企利益协调不一致、学生综合能力提升不足等问题,校企双方应共同采取有效措施,使连锁经营管理专业现代学徒制能够更好地服务学生、学校和企业,实现可持续发展。
As an educating model jointly promoted by schools and enterprises,the modern apprenticeship system in the chain management major meets the needs of economic and social development,promotes the reform of the modern vocational education system,and broadens the training and growth channel of technical talents. Of course,in the concrete implementation process of the modern apprenticeship system in the chain management major,there are also problems such as students＇ misunderstandings,lack of communication with parents,inconsistent coordination of school-enterprise interests,and insufficient improvement of students ＇ comprehensive ability.Schools and enterprises should jointly take effective measures to make the modern apprenticeship system in the chain management major better serve students,schools and enterprises,and to achieve sustainable development.
