摘要
近年来,铁路胶结缝节段拼装施工工法得到了长足的推广和发展,但是与之相适应的施工装备发展却较为缓慢。介绍了最新研制的TPZ80/2500型节段拼装造桥机的结构设计及工程应用。该造桥机结合前四代铁路造桥机的特点,能同时适应跨度≤64m的简支梁、跨度≤80m的连续梁节段胶接、湿接缝拼装桥梁施工。2017年,该造桥机在郑阜铁路周淮特大桥跨新运河胶拼连续梁施工中顺利实践应用。研究具有一定的理论意义和工程实践应用价值,对同类工程具有一定的借鉴意义。
In recent years, the railway construction method of segmental assembly with cementing seams enjoys sufficient devel-opment and popularization in engineering, but the development of its corresponding equipment is relatively slow. Introduced in the present paper are the structural design and engineering applications of recently-developed Type-TPZ80/2500 segmental as-sembly bridge fabricator. Having combined all the features of the first four generations of bridge fabricators, this type of bridge fabricator is applicable, at the same time, to the cementing-assembly or wet-joint-assembly bridge construction with a span of 〈C64 m simply supported beam and continuous girder segments spanning 〈C80 m. In the year of 2017,this type of bridge fabri-cator was practically and smoothly applied to the construction of the cementing-assembly continuous beam of the New Canal- spanning Zhenghuai Mega Bridge of the Zhengfu Railway. The research in this paper has certain theoretical significance and practical application value,which may have certain referential significance to other projects of the same type.
