摘要
由于街面空间不仅承载着市民的日常生活和贸易活动,也是最容易牵动社会秩序和政治关系的城市空间,对街面空间的有效管控几乎是所有国家政府面临的治理难点。通过尝试建立权力逻辑、资本逻辑和生活逻辑三维分析框架来解读中国的街面治理,并以上海郊区F镇的街面治理经验为佐证。F镇的街面治理经历了一种从失序到有序的演变过程,其背后反映的是街面空间秩序维系需要有效的权力嵌入机制和治理体系才能实现。F镇的街面治理经验在理论上的启示是,街面的失序是生活逻辑对街面空间的社会化建构,同时造成对权力逻辑和资本逻辑的违背,而街面的有序在本质上反映了权力逻辑和资本逻辑对生活逻辑的制度化建构与强制。
Given that the street front space not only bears the weight of citizens＇ daily life and trade activities,but is also the most important urban space related to the social order and political relations. The effective con-trol of street front space is almost a difficulty in governing faced by all governments. This article tries to estab-lish a framework of three-dimensional analysis by power logic, capital logic, and life logic to interpret the gover-nance of street front space in China, with taking the experience of the governance of street front space of TownD in the suburban area of Shanghai municipality as the evidence. The Governance of street front space of TownD has experienced a process from disorderliness to orderliness. What underlies it reflects that the realization ofthe maintenance of the order of street front space requires an effective mechanism of the power embedding andgovernance system. What can be learned from the Town D＇s experience of the governance of street front spacetheoretically is that the disorderliness of the street front space is the social construction of street front space bylife logic and results in the violation of power logic and capital logic, while the orderliness of the street frontspace is essentially a reflection of the institutionalized construction and constraint of life logic by power logicand capital logic.
