摘要
目的:探讨稳心颗粒治疗原发性高血压患者心律失常的疗效。方法:将112例原发性高血压合并心律失常患者随机分为观察组和对照组各56例,对照组给予常规降压治疗,观察组则在此基础上服用稳心颗粒(1袋,tid),比较两组患者血压变化、临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果:(1)治疗后,观察组SBP、DBP改善程度均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。(2)观察组总有效率为83.93%,显著高于对照组的67.86%(P<0.05)。(3)观察组不良反应发生率为1.79%,显著低于对照组的12.50%(P<0.05)。结论:稳心颗粒治疗原发性高血压患者心律失常可以有效控制血压,改善心律状况,减少不良反应,具有临床推广价值。
Objective： To investigate the efficacy of metacentric granule in treatment of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with primary hypertension.Methods： 112 cases of patients with primary hypertension complicated with cardiac arrhythmia were randomly divided into observation group（56 cases） and control group（56 cases）, the control group treated by conventional antihypertensive therapy while observation group combined with metacentric granule（1 bag, tid） oral administration, compared the changes of blood pressure, efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups. Results：（1）After treatment, the improvement of SBP and DBP of observation group were significantly better than those of control group（P〈0.05）.（2）The overall response rate of observation group was 83.93%, which was significantly higher than 67.86% that of control group（P〈0.05）.（3）The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 1.79%, which was significantly lower than 12.50% that in control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Metacentric granule, which has clinical promotion value, its usage in treatment of cardiac arrhythmia in patients with primary hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure, improve the rhythm of heart and reduce adverse reactions.
