摘要
构建城市化与生态环境评价指标体系,以辽宁省1996-2015年的城市化与生态环境协调耦合关系为研究对象,根据判定标准对其进行识别。由此表明辽宁省在推进城市化进程中,生态环境破坏比较严重,给生产生活带来严重的损失。虽然近期城市化与生态环境协调耦合关系开始向好,但离高水平的协调耦合关系还有很长的路要走,最后讨论了非协调性关系的形成机理。
This paper constructs the index system of urbanization and ecological environment evaluation,takes the coordinated relationship between urbanization and ecological environment in Liaoning Province from 1996 to2015 as the research object,and uses the judgment model and standard to identify it. This shows that Liaoning Province is to sacrifice the ecological environment at the expense of promoting urban development in the process of promoting urbanization,which brings serious losses to production life. Although the recent urbanization and ecological environment of the coordinated coupling begins to improve,there is still a long way to go to the high-level coordinated coupling development trend. At last,the formation mechanism of non-coordination formation relationship is discussed.
