Job burnout of preschool teachers and its relationship with resilience and coping style

摘要 本文旨在探讨幼儿教师职业倦怠及其与心理弹性和应对方式的关系,采用整群随机抽样法,选取湖北省318名幼师为研究对象,应用《教师职业倦怠问卷》、《心理弹性量表》和《简易应对方式问卷》进行问卷调查。研究结果如下:职业倦怠总分为(27.45±9.66)分;教龄大于15年幼师的职业倦怠得分分别低于教龄小于5年组和教龄在5至10年组;未婚幼师职业倦怠得分高于已婚组;城镇幼师职业倦怠得分高于农村幼师。心理弹性的韧性、力量维度与职业倦怠的情感衰竭、去个人化和低成就感存在负相关,乐观维度与去个人化和低成就感存在负相关;积极应对与职业倦怠的去个人化和低成就感存在负相关,消极应对与职业倦怠的情感衰竭、去个人化和低成就感存在正相关。多元线性回归分析发现,心理弹性和应对方式可解释职业倦怠32%的变异量。幼儿教师职业倦怠因教龄、婚姻和地区而异,心理弹性和应对方式共同影响职业倦怠。 The objective is to explore the relationship of job burnout,resilience,and coping style among preschool teachers.A total of 318 preschool teachers in Hubei Province were selected as study subjects by cluster random sampling method.A questionnaire survey was conducted by using the Job Burnout Scale,the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale and the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire.The total scale score of job burnout was(27.45±9.66).The scores of job burnout in teachers who had worked more than 15 years were lower than other working age groups.The scores of job burnout of unmarried group were higher than the married group.The scores of job burnout of urban group were higher than the rural group.The strength and tenacity dimensions of resilience were negatively correlated with the emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment dimensions of job burnout respectively.The optimism dimension of resilience was negatively correlated with depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment dimensions of job burnout respectively.The positive coping was negatively correlated with depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment dimensions of job burnout respectively.The negative coping was positively correlated with the emotional exhaustion,depersonalization and diminished personal accomplishment dimensions of job burnout respectively.The multiple regression analysis results showed that resilience,and coping style were the influencing factors of job burnout.The job burnout of preschool teachers varied with working age,marital status and region.Resilience and the coping style had the combined effect of job burnout.
