摘要
目的探讨奥瑞凝胶配合质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性食管炎患者的临床效果及对血清生长激素释放多肽(Ghrelin)和瘦素(Leptin)水平的影响。方法选取2014年1月至2016年7月我院收治的反流性食管炎患者185例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,对照组患者采用质子泵抑制剂治疗,观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合使用奥瑞凝胶治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清Ghrelin和Leptin水平以及治疗后6个月内的复发情况。结果治疗8周后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(88.04%)显著高于对照组(65.52%),临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组患者的血清Ghrelin水平显著高于对照组,Leptin水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组患者治疗后3个月、6个月的复发率(8.70%、15.22%)显著低于对照组(19.35%、39.78%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或0.01)。结论奥瑞凝胶联合质子泵抑制剂治疗反流性食管炎患者可有效提高临床治疗效果,改善患者血清Ghrelin与Leptin水平,降低复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of Aorui gel combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis and its effect on serum Ghrelin and Leptin. Methods 185 patients with Reflux Esophagitis Treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were selected. The random digital table was used to divide into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with proton pump inhibitor,the observation group was treated with Aorui gel based on the the control group＇s treatment. The clinical efficacy,serum Ghrelin and Leptin levels and the recurrence rate within 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group（88. 04%） was significantly higher than that of the control group（65. 52%）. The clinical effect was significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The level of serum Ghrelin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the level of Leptin was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 01）. The recurrence rate of 3 months and 6 months after treatment in the observation group（8. 70%,15. 22%） was significantly lower than that of the control group（19. 35%,39. 78%）.The difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05 or 0. 01）. Conclusion Aorui gel combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect,The serum levels of Ghrelin and Leptin were improved and the recurrence rate was reduced.
