摘要
检验活塞杆的径向跳动是往复压缩机安装和维修过程中一个重要的工艺过程,它的大小将直接影响活塞杆、活塞环、支撑环、气封和缸套的使用寿命。因此,正确分析影响活塞杆跳动量的因素,是有效解决问题,提高检修质量的关键。
Checking the radial runout of piston rod is an important process for the installation and maintenance of reciprocating compressor, in which dimension will directly affect the service life of piston rod, piston ring, support ring, gas seal and cylinder liner.Therefore, analyzing the factors of influencing piston rod runout correctly is the key of effectively solving problems and improving maintenance quality.
