摘要
针对不同类型的大规模突发事件,医院需要进行有针对性的资源储备规划,从而快速响应突发状况,实现医院的应急资源激增能力。通过调研医院应急流程,建立了基于SIMIO的医院应急救治系统仿真模型,在模型中引入病情递进函数,仿真优化医院应急资源的储备规划。以文献记载某院接受地震伤员的实际情景为案例,以合理化资源利用率和提高伤患救治率为目标,结合某三甲医院实际资源配置现状进行了仿真实验,针对此类规模的地震突发事件,得出该医院切实可行的激增能力储备规划。
In case of large-scale emergencies, planned preparation can make the hospital more effective in coordinating theresources and responding quickly to the surging demand of patients. A simulation model based on SIMIO is established forthe emergent public events, introducing the influence of the progressive progress of the patients and by simulationoptimizing the operating room resource planning. Taking the Wenchuan Earthquake as the target subject, an investigationinto the emergency process of a local hospital and a simulation experiment are carried out to rationalize the resourceutilization rate and improve the treatment rate of the patients. The feasible surging capacity reserve plans are obtained bysimulation in term of this scale of earthquake emergencies.
