摘要
综合考虑了内部性能退化与外载冲击交互作用下产品的可靠性评估,针对产品承载最大冲击的强度会随着性能的逐渐衰退而减小这一特征,对比传统的恒定强度阈值,建立了随机强度阈值下的产品可靠性分析模型。依据冲击发生的次数将产品的性能退化假定成多状态过程,分别构造了恒定强度阈值与随机强度阈值下产品可靠性评估模型,并借助Copula理论来刻画内部性能退化、外部载荷冲击交互作用相关失效下产品的可靠性。最后以正态分布为例描述产品的内部退化过程,分析了两类强度阈值下产品的可靠性,验证了模型的合理性。
The reliability evaluation of the product under the interaction of internal performance degradation and load shock is considered comprehensively. Owing to the intensity of resist maximum load shock gradually decreases of the products under performance degradation,compared with the traditional constant intensity threshold,the reliability analysis model with the stochastic intensity threshold is established. Assuming the production performance present multi-state process according to the number of shock,the reliability evaluation model with the constant intensity threshold and random intensity threshold of products were obtained,and the reliability of products is described by using Copula theory under the dependent failure of the internal performance degradation and load shocks with interaction. Finally,the internal degradation process of products is described by using normal distribution.The product reliability under two kinds of intensity threshold is analyzed,and the model is verified.
