摘要
目的:探析儿童腺样体肥大应用X线影像学检查的诊断价值。方法:将我院2016年2月-2017年10月期间收治的80例鼾症患儿选为观察对象,均给予鼻咽部X线侧位片检查,以鼻内镜诊断腺样体肥大为准,评估X线影像学检查的准确性、敏感性、特异性。结果:X线影像学检查诊断的准确性90.0%(72/80),敏感性92.9%(65/70),特异性70.0%(7/10)。结论:在儿童腺样体肥大诊断中,X线影像学检查的临床价值十分显著,值得临床进一步推广与借鉴。
Objective： To explore the diagnostic value of X-ray imaging for adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods： 80 cases of snoring in our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the observation subjects, all of them were examined by X-ray lateral film of nasopharynx,and the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of X-ray imaging examination were evaluated by nasal endoscopic diagnosis of adenoidal hypertrophy. Results： The accuracy of the X-ray imaging diagnosis was 90%（72/80）, the sensitivity was 92.9%（65/70）, and the specificity was 70%（7/10）. Conclusion： In the diagnosis of adenoid hypertrophy in children, the clinical value of X-ray imaging examination is very significant, which is worthy of further popularization and reference.
