微创经皮钢板固定技术联合锁定加压钢板治疗胫骨干骺端骨折的临床研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析胫骨干骺端骨折联合应用微创经皮钢板固定技术(MIPPO)与锁定加压钢板(LCP)治疗的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2014年1月-2016年1月收治60例胫骨干骺端骨折患者,随机分为两组,对照组行切开复位普通钢板内固定治疗,观察组联合微创经皮钢板固定技术与锁定加压钢板内固定术进行治疗,对其术后并发症发生情况与骨关节功能情况进行对比。结果:观察组优良率93.33%,对照组为56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);相对于对照组,观察组骨折愈合时间与手术时间短,术中出血量少,并发症发生率低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:微创经皮钢板固定技术与锁定加压钢板内固定术被联合应用于胫骨干骺端骨折治疗中的效果显著。 Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation technique combined with locking compression plate for the treatment of tibial metaphyseal fractures.Method:From January 2014 to January 2016,60 patients with tibial metaphyseal fracture were treated in our hospital,they were randomly divided into two groups,the control group underwent super articular external fixation,the observation group joint minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis with locking compression plate internal fixation for treatment,the postoperative complications were compared with bone and joint function.Result:The excellent rate of the observation group was 93.33%,and that of the control group was 56.67%,there was significant difference(P〈0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group fracture healing time and operation time were shorter,bleeding wsa less, complication rate was lower(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Minimally invasive percutaneous fixation and locking plate fixation for tibial metaphyseal fractures is remarkable.
