摘要
本文针对烧结混合布料系统在传统PID控制中存在的系统误差大和动态跟踪品质差的不足,提出了烧结混合布料模糊PID控制算法。通过对混合布料系统数学模型的近似化处理和基于模糊规则在线实时调整PID控制器的三个参数,实现烧结混合料按规定的料层厚度布料,料面平整,保证烧结料具有均一的良好的透气性。研究表明,混合布料模糊PID控制动态性能和稳态误差优于传统PID控制,为实际应用提供理论依据。
The fuzzy PID control algorithm of sinter distributing device of mixture is proposed to overcome the shortcomings of large system error and poor dynamic tracking quality in traditional PID control of sinter distributing device of mixture system. Through approximate treatment of Mathematical Model of distributing device of mixture system and Online Real-time Adjustment of three parameters of PID controller based on Fuzzy rules. The sinter distributing device of mixture is distributed according to the thickness of the material layer, and the material surface is smooth, which ensures that the sintered mixture has uniform and good permeability. The results show that the dynamic performance and steady-state error of the fuzzy PID control are better than that of the traditional PID control, it provides a theoretical basis for practical application.
