摘要
对3种工艺生产的TC4-DT钛合金锻件组织与拉伸性能展开了系统研究,结果表明:锻造火次影响锻件的均匀性,锻造火次增加,锻件的组织和拉伸性能均匀性增加;锻件显微组织中残余一定量的初生α相有利于拉伸性能提高;锻造温度升高,锻件拉伸强度增加。
The microstructure and tensile properties of TC4-DT titanium alloy forgings produced by three processes were studied. The results show that the forging times affect the uniformity of forgings. If the forging times increase,the uniformity of microstructure and the tensile properties of forgings would increase. The microscopic residual amount of primary α of forgings is conducive to improve the tensile properties. If the forging temperature increases,the tensile strength of forgings would increase.
