西藏某复杂难选氧化铜矿选矿试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 西藏拉萨地区某铜氧化率较高的氧化铜矿石结构复杂,铜的选别难度较大,为了高效的开发该矿石,笔者通过查阅相关资料,认为此类矿石采用先硫后氧工艺指标往往优于氧硫混浮工艺指标,故决定采用先硫后氧的选矿工艺对此矿石进行了系统的选矿试验。结果表明,采用两粗三精两扫的闭路流程,在原矿铜氧化率60.79%的情况下,可以获得铜品位17.47%,铜回收率63.45%的良好指标。 A high oxidation rate of copper oxide ore in Tibet is complicated in Lhasa, copper beneficiation is difficult, for the efficient development of the ore, through access to relevant information, such as the first ore after sulfur oxygen process indicators are often better than oxygen sulfur mixed flotation process index, it was decided by sulfur after processing this process of oxygen ore dressing test system. The results show that the two crude Sanjing two sweep closed process, in the copper oxidation rate of 60.79%, can be a good indicator of copper copper grade is 17.47%, recovery rate is 63.45%.
