2016年安徽省部分地区健康人群白喉抗体水平监测 被引量:10

Surveillance of antibody levels against diphtheria in Anhui province in 2016

摘要 目的了解2016年安徽省健康人群白喉抗体水平,为优化白喉免疫策略提供参考依据。方法采用分层随机抽样方法,在安庆、马鞍山、阜阳3个市采集健康人群血清标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清抗白喉毒素Ig G抗体。结果在664名调查对象中,白喉抗体浓度中位数(M)为0.13IU/ml,保护抗体水平(≥0.01IU/ml)率为93.7%。各年龄组白喉抗体浓度M在0.04IU/ml(20-39岁)-0.42IU/ml(≤2岁)之间(Z=-4.68,P〈0.001),抗体浓度达到完全保护抗体水平(≥0.1IU/ml)的率在28.9%(20-39岁)-78.0%(3-4岁)之间(x2=117.17,P〈0.001)。结论安徽省部分地区健康人群白喉抗体水平较高,但青少年和成人抗体水平下降明显,建议对青少年适时进行加强免疫。 Objective To determine diphtheria antibody levels in Anhui province in 2016,and to provide evidence for optimizing diphtheria vaccination strategies. Methods We used stratified random sampling to select healthy people from Anqing,Maanshan and Fuyang prefectures for this study. We collected serum samples from participants and used enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay to test Ig G antibody against diphtheria. Results Among 664 subjects,the median antibody concentration against diphtheria was0. 13 IU/ml,with 93. 7% reaching minimally-protective antibody levels(≥0. 01 IU/ml). The age-specific median antibody concentrations ranged from 0. 04 IU/ml(20-39 years old) to 0. 42 IU/ml(≤2 years old)(Z =-4. 68,P 0. 001). The rates of fully-protective antibody levels(0. 1 IU/ml)ranged from 28. 9%(20-39 years old) to 78. 0%(3-4 years old)(x2= 117. 17,P 0. 001).Conclusions Diphtheria antibody levels were generally high among healthy people in Anhui,but levels decreased significantly among adolescents and adults. We recommend a diphtheria booster vaccination for adolescents.
