复合型柴油清净剂的制备与应用 被引量:2

摘要 通过筛选实验、清净性模拟实验和正交实验,确定了复合型柴油清净剂的组成及最佳配方。将制备的复合型柴油清净剂加入到0~#柴油(二者体积比为1∶2 000)中,通过台架检验及实车检验评价了复合型柴油清净剂的清净性和节油效果。结果表明:复合型柴油清净剂的最佳配方(质量分数)为聚异丁烯胺27%,聚醚胺15%,合成油聚醚40%,胺类抗氧剂18%。台架检验结果表明,添加清净剂后,柴油车的平均耗油量下降了2.09%,CO_2和颗粒物平均排放量分别下降了2.95%,49.00%,碳氢化合物和CO排放量有所上升,NO_x减排量变化不明显。实车检验结果表明,添加清净剂后,柴油大客车耗油量和颗粒物排放量均有明显下降,NO_x排放量略有上升。 The components and optimum formula of compound diesel detergent were determined by screening experiment, experiment and orthogonal the detergent to 0# diesel ( detergency experiment. mass ratio 1 simulation After adding : 2 000), the cleanliness and fuel economy of compound diesel detergent were evaluated by the bench test and actual vehicle test. The results showed that the optimum formula ( mass fraction) of compound diesel detergent was 27% polyisobutylene amine, 15% polyether amine,40% synthetic oil polyether and 18% amine antioxidant. The bench test showed that after adding detergent,the average fuel consumption of diesel vehicles decreased by 2.09%, CO2 and particulate emissions decreased by 2.95% ,49.00% respective- ly, and hydrocarbons and CO emissions increased slightly,NOx emissions change was not obvious. The actual vehicle experimental results showed that after the addition of detergent, the diesel fuel consumption and particulate emissions of diesel buses reduced significantly,and NOx emissions increased slightly.
