摘要
在30万t/a高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)装置上,分别选用高活性催化剂(牌号为BCE-SCH 100)和专利商提供的催化剂(牌号为Z 501),采用Hostalen淤浆法乙烯聚合工艺开发出聚乙烯管材专用料(牌号为PE 100 N)。试生产结果表明:在装置低负荷(26 t/h)运行下,BCE-SCH 100催化剂的活性(14.1~15.8 kg/g)和氢调敏感性(氢气消耗量为0.61 kg/t)劣于Z 501催化剂,但共聚性能优于后者;由BCE-SCH 100催化剂合成的聚合物细粉(不大于63μm)质量分数为1.23%,比Z 501催化剂降低约1倍,满足装置长周期稳定运行的要求;由前者生产的PE 100 N物理机械性能优于后者。
The special material for PE tube (PE 100 N )was developed by the Hostalen slurry poly- merization process, with high activity catalyst (BCE - SCH 100) and licensor catalyst (Z 501) re- spectively in a 300 kt/a high density polyethylene plant. The trial production results showed that when the unit operated at lower load (26 t/h), the activity ( 14.1 - 15.8 kg/g) and hydrogen sensitivity (hydro- gen consumption 0. 61 kg/t)of BCE - SCH 100 cata- lyst both were inferior to those of Z 501 catalyst, ex-cept copolymerization performance; the mass fraction of polymer fines (≤63 μm ) was 1.23% polymerized by the BCE -SCH 100 catalyst, and it reduced by a half than that of Z 501 catalyst, meeting the long stable operational requirement of unit. The physical mechanical properties of PE 100 N produced by the former catalyst were better than those of the latter.
