摘要
随着"拔尖计划"在吉林大学实施八年,如何结合"拔尖学生"的自身特点,科学地对学生成长过程进行多视角调查和评价,以促进"拔尖计划"可持续发展,不断提升"拔尖学生"的培养质量,已经成为一个重要的研究课题。建立"拔尖学生"成长过程评价机制,进而对"拔尖计划"的实施进行指导,同时对"拔尖计划"的管理进行科学系统化规范将有积极作用。针对吉林大学"基础学科拔尖学生培养试验计划"各方向在读及已毕业学生开展实例调查,通过理想的理论课教学模式、小班化授课的利弊、博士毕业后的发展方向、我校"拔尖计划"实施的完善与满意度、影响毕业后继续投身科研发展的重要因素、境外培养的建议以及国内外高等教育对比与差异等多方面的调查、分析与研究,印证并解读了我校"拔尖计划"实施以及"拔尖学生"成长过程中的重要环节;"拔尖学生"成长过程中,出现了哪些重要问题以及"拔尖学生"的素质、知识和能力等方面与其他非拔尖计划学生有何不同。
Aiming at the students in all directions and graduated from Jilin University under the"Basic Discipline Training Program for Top-notch Students ",we conduct case investigation by the ideal theoretical teaching mode, the pros and cons of small class teaching,the development directions after graduation from doctoral, the improvement and satisfaction of implementing"Top-notch plan",the important influence factors of continuing devoting themselves to scientific research and development after graduation, proposals for overseas training and the contrast and differences between domestic and foreign higher education and other aspects of the investigation, analysis and research to confirm and interpret the implementation of"Top-notch plan"and important parts of"Topnotch students"growth process. What are the important issues that emerged during the growth of"Top-notch students"?What about the quality, knowledge and ability of top-notch students compared with other non-top-notch students?
