摘要
胃左动脉走行于胃小弯,是腹腔干的最小分支,也是供养胃部的最大血管。胃左动脉的变异相对易发且变异多样。按照Michels分型根据动脉的起始位置可将变异大致分为6种,再根据分支情况细分。本文从胃左动脉的走行分支变异类型、分型、临床意义以及相应技术4方面进行探讨,以期为临床提供参考。
The left gastric artery of the stomach is the smallest branch of the abdominal cavity and the largest blood vessel of the stomach. The variation of the left gastric artery is relatively easy and varied, and according to the Michels classification.The variance is roughly divided into six species, and then subdivided according to the branch situation.This article from the left gastric artery branching variation type, clinical significance and the corresponding technology4 aspects to explore, in order to provide a clinical reference.
