摘要
为了更加科学、有效地制定设备检修计划,提出了计及设备及电网安全运行综合风险的输变电设备月度检修计划协调优化方法。依据检修任务不列入月度计划的风险,对检修任务进行紧迫性分类。对紧急检修任务,按检修后降低的电网运行安全风险最大化,初步确定检修计划;按检修期间电网运行控制代价最小优化检修计划。对建议检修任务,按检修期间电网运行控制代价最小化,初步确定检修计划;按检修后降低的电网运行安全风险优化检修计划。通过按不同类别检修任务的特点和目标分别优化,实现了复杂离散优化问题的分解协调。最后基于IEEE算例系统的仿真结果验证了方法的有效性。
In order to work out the equipment maintenance scheduling more scientifically and effectively, coordinative optimization method of monthly maintenance scheduling of power transmission and transformation equipment is proposed, in which the integrated risks of the assets and safe operation of power grid are both considered. Maintenance task are firstly classified according to the risk that maintenance task be not included in monthly maintenance scheduling. For the emergency maintenance task, the maintenance scheduling is preliminarily developed according to the maximization of reduced operational security risk of power grid after maintenance, and then is optimized according to the minimized operational control cost of power grid during the maintenance period. For the recommended maintenance task, the maintenance scheduling is preliminarily developed according to the minimization of operational control cost of power grid during the maintenance period, and then is optimized according to the reduced operational security risk of power grid after maintenance. By optimizing the objectives of different types of maintenance tasks, the decomposition and coordination of complex optimization problems are realized. Finally, simulation based on IEEE test system verifies the effectiveness and advantage of the proposed method.
