摘要
目的了解甘肃省武山县钩虫、蛔虫和鞭虫等肠道寄生虫病流行动态和规律。方法按照《甘肃省肠道寄生虫病监测方案》要求,随机抽取武山县的4个行政村,自2006—2016年连续11年运用改良加藤厚涂片等方法,监测人群的肠道寄生虫病感染情况,采用卡方检验比较计数资料的差异。结果 11年共计检测11 063人,蛔虫感染者共计504人,总体感染率4.56%,不同年度差异有统计学意义(趋势χ~2=64.667,P=0.000),11年中均未检出鞭虫和钩虫;共监测3~12岁儿童3 502人,蛲虫感染者244人、感染率6.97%,不同年度差异有统计学意义(趋势χ~2=7.661,P=0.006);采集各类土样880份,检出蛔虫阳性样本125份,阳性率14.20%,不同年度差异有统计学意义(趋势χ~2=42.654,P=0.000)。结论2006—2016年,武山县居民肠道寄生虫感染率有波动,但总体呈下降趋势。
Objective To understand the epidemic status and regularity of intestinal parasitic diseases such as hookworm,roundworm and whipworm etc. in Wushan county, Gansu province. Methods According to the Surveillance Program of Intestinal Parasitic Diseases in Gansu Province, 4 administrative villages in Wushan county were randomly sampled and the Kato-Katz method was used for the intestinal parasitic surveillance in sampled population in 11 consecutive years from 2006 to 2016. The differences of numeration data were compared by Chi-square test. Results Among 11 063 persons tested in11 years, there were 504 persons infected with roundworm and the infection rate was 4.56%; there was statistical difference among years（trend χ~2=64.667, P=0.000）. No whipworm and hookworm were detected in 11 years. Total 3 502 children at age of 3-12 years were detected, 244 children were pinworm positive with the detection rate of 6.97% and there was statistical difference among years（trend χ~2=7.661, P=0.006）. There were 880 soil samples were collected and the roundworm were detected in 125 soil samples with the detection rate of 14.20%. There was statistical difference among years（trend χ~2=42.654,P=0.006）. Conclusions In 2006—2016, there is fluctuation of the prevalence of intestinal parasites in residents in Wushan, showing decrease trend in total.
