摘要
相比于空基预警机装备,天基平台具有飞行高度高,不受国界限制,可长时期对重点区域监视的特点。提出了一种天基预警控制系统总体架构,具有信息多手段获取、处理、识别、分发、指挥控制的快速应用能力,可直接支持作战。以航天飞机配以伴星的方式作为载荷的平台,以多功能综合、多传感器融合、在轨信息处理为基本特征,设计了七项基本功能、六项综合功能、综合化的载荷硬件平台,提出了系统的六项关键技术。该天基预警控制系统可以与空基信息装备、地面控制系统天空地一体的执行作战任务。
The aerospace platform has the advantage of the higher altitude flying,national boundaries transcending,long-term monitoring to important area compared with the airborne early-warning. The architecture of aerospace early warning is introduced with the abilities of multiple information acqusitions,processing,identification,distribution,command and control and missons support. The aerospace early warning architecture is constructed by the space shuttle flight,with typical characteristics of multi-function synthesis,multi-sensor fusion and on-orbit information processing. The system's hardware platform,seven basic functions and five comprehensive functions have been described,and six key technologies have been further discussed. The system can carry out cooperative missions with the airborne information equipments and ground control systems.
