摘要
电传动矿用自卸车是由2个独立控制的牵引电机驱动的,没有差速器,传统的控制策略也不能实现差速功能,会造成车辆运行效率的下降以及轮胎的不必要磨损。基于电传动矿用自卸车的运动学分析和动力学分析以及车辆孤岛电源的特性,提出了轮边电机的功率闭环驱动控制策略,既可实现良好的调速性能和燃油经济性,又能实现自然差速功能。根据该策略进行实车试验,结果表明了其有效性。
The electric mine dump truck is driven by 2 independently- controlled traction motors, and it has not differential mechanism. The traditional control strategy can not realize the differential function, which will cause the decreasing of the vehicle operating efficiency and the unnecessary- wear of the vehicle's tires. Based on the kinematics analysis and dynamic analysis of the truck, combined with the characteristics of the isolated island power source, a power closed-loop control strategy of the wheel motor was proposed, which could achieve good speed performance and fuel economy, and also achieve the natural differential function. The actual vehicle test was carried out according to the strategy, and the results show its effectiveness.
