摘要
目的了解2015—2017年无锡市惠山区居民食用盐加碘情况及儿童孕妇的尿碘水平,从而评价全区重点人群的碘营养状况。方法通过抽样每年选择200名儿童及100名孕妇检测其家中食盐及尿液中碘含量水平,建立数据库后运用SPSS 19.0分析盐碘及尿碘值变化。结果 2015—2017年无锡惠山区盐碘均值差异无统计学意义(F=1.88,P>0.05),但是合格碘盐食用率逐年下降,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=7.65,P<0.05);人群尿碘中位数逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=42.41,P<0.01);8~10周岁儿童及孕妇尿碘中位数也均逐年上升,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=23.55、28.06,均P<0.01)。结论 2015—2017年无锡市惠山区居民合格碘盐食用率总体均符合国家要求,但是历年合格率有下降趋势;总体人群及儿童平均尿碘水平已经处于碘适宜状态,而孕妇尿碘平均水平仍处于碘不足状态,因此盐业市场需防范私盐及不合格碘盐冲击,同时要继续贯彻科学补碘,分类指导的防治方针,使碘摄入满足不同人群需要。
[Objective]To compare the iodization status of edible salt and the urinary iodine levels of children and pregnant women in Huishan District of Wuxi City from 2015-2017, evaluate the iodine nutrition status of the key populations in the area.[Methods]By sampling, 200 children and 100 pregnant women were selected each year to measure the iodine content in edible salt and urinary samples. After establishing the database,the levels of salt iodine and urine iodine were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.[Results]By statistical analysis,the average value of salt iodine in Huishan District of Wuxi City had no significant difference during 2015-2017(F=1.88, P=0.15), however, the rate of qualified iodized salt decreased year by year, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=7.65, P〈0.05). The median level of urinary iodine among population increased year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=42.41, P〈0.01). The median urine iodine of children aged 8-10 years old and pregnant women increased year by year, and the difference was statistically significant(χ~2=23.55, χ~2=28.06, P〈0.01).[Conclusion]During2015-2017, the consumption rate of qualified iodized salt in Huishan District of Wuxi City meets the national requirements,but the qualified rates have declined over the years. The average urinary iodine level of the population and children is already in the iodine appropriate condition but the average urinary iodine level of pregnant women is still in iodine deficiency state. Therefore,it is necessary to prevent the illegal salt and unqualified iodized salt in salt market, continue to implement the scientific guidance for iodine supplement according to different populations, to meet the needs of different groups.
