全数字个体噪声暴露保护装置的设计

摘要 针对目前市场上噪声监测仪表电路设计复杂、调试困难、功耗大等缺点,设计了一种全数字个体噪声暴露保护装置。该装置采用脉冲密度调制(PDM)接口的MEMS数字麦克风采集噪声,以数字运算替代模拟电路,降低了电路设计的难度。该装置由MEMS数字麦克风、数据处理模块、数据存储模块、数据发送模块和报警LED五部分组成。与传统噪声监测仪表相比,该装置电路设计简单、调试简单、体积小、功耗低,为噪声监测仪表的设计提供了一种新思路。 For the problem that noise monitoring instruments on the market have the disadvantages of complicated circuit design, difficult debugging, and large power consumption, an all-digital individual noise exposure protection device is designed. The device uses a MEMS digital microphone with a pulse density modulation(PDM) interface to collect noise and replaces analog circuits with digital operations, reducing the difficulty of circuit design. The device consists of five parts: MEMS digital microphone, data processing module, data storage module, data transmission module and alarm LED. Compared with traditional noise monitoring instruments, the device has a simple circuit design, simple debugging, small size, low power consumption, and provides a new idea for the design of noise monitoring instruments.
