分层教学法在高校健美操教学中的应用研究——以绥化学院为例 被引量:5

摘要 健美操已被列入高校的体育课程中,研究分层教学法在高校健美操教学中的优势具有十分重要的意义。运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法等方法对绥化学院在健美操选项课教学中应用分层教学法对学生学习健美操产生的效果进行调查、分析和研究,找到更加科学合理的教学方法,能够为绥化学院乃至全国高校健美操选项课的授课方法有所创新、提高学生的健美操学习技能、全面贯彻高校体育课程的教育功能,提供有价值的理论和实践支撑。 It is of great significance to study the advantages of stratified approach in calisthenics teaching in universities since it has already been listed as one part of the PE course. In this paper,such a study was made on the effects of the approach upon students ' learning in this elective course by means of various methods including literature survey,individual interview and field investigation,aiming to discover how to make the teaching more scientific and offer both theoretical and practical supports to teaching innovation of the course in Suihua University and other schools and students' improvement in calisthenics learning in the PE course with its inherent function in education.
