摘要
[目的]构建住院病人肠内营养护理质量评价指标,为提高肠内营养护理质量提供理论依据。[方法]采用查阅文献资料及专家访谈法,通过德尔菲法对20名专家进行两轮函询,初步确定住院病人肠内营养护理质量评价指标。[结果]两轮专家的权威程度均>0.8,Kendall W值有统计学意义(P<0.01),各级指标的集中程度较高。形成了以"结构-过程-结果"为基础的住院病人肠内营养护理质量评价指标,包含3个一级指标、6个二级指标和32个三级指标。[结论]采用德尔菲法构建的护理质量评价指标体系可信度较高,可为护理管理者进行专科护理质量评价提供客观、可量化的参考和依据。
Objective:To establish the evaluation indicator system of enteral nutrition nursing quality of inpatients and to provide the theoretical basis for improving the nursing quality.Methods:Using the literature review and expert interview method,Delphi method was applied to 20 experts for two rounds of consultation to preliminarily determine the evaluation indexes of enteral nutrition nursing quality of inpatients.Results:The authoritative level of the two rounds of experts was0.8,and the Kendall W value was statistically significant(P0.05),and the concentration of indicators at all levels was high.On the basis of " structure-process-results",the quality evaluation indicator system consisted of 3 first-level indicators,6 second-level indicators,and 32 third-level indicators.Conclusions:The established nursing quality evaluation indicators based on qualitative and quantitative methods had a better credibility.It could provide objective and quantifiable reference and basis for nursing management to carry out the specialized nursing quality evaluation.
