摘要
选取某车型ORVR活性炭罐本体盖为玻纤增强注塑件研究对象,运用Moldex3D模流分析软件对其浇注系统、冷却系统进行优化分析。针对模具温度(A)、熔体温度(B)、保压压力(C)、保压时间(D)、冷却时间(E)五个工艺参数,采用五因素4水平进行正交试验的优化分析,最终确定出最优的工艺参数组合为A4B4C2D4E2。即模具温度(115℃)、熔体温度(300℃)、保压压力(100 MPa)、保压时间(15s)、冷却时间(15s)。该注塑工艺下注塑件翘曲变形最小,最后进行模具的设计。
The main body of an ORVR activated carbon canister was selected as the research object of glass fiber reinforced injection molding parts. The Moldex3D flow analysis software was used to optimize the pouring and cooling systems. Aiming at the five process parameters of mold temperature(A), melt temperature(B), packing pressure(C), dwell time(D) and cooling time(E), Finally the optimum process parameters were determined as A4B4C2D4E2. Mold temperature(115℃), melt temperature(300℃), holding pressure(100 MPa), dwell time(15 s), cooling time(15 s). The injection molding process under the minimum warpage of the smallest parts, the last mold design.
