摘要 微机型电气设备就地布置于电气设备组件柜中面临高温、高湿等恶劣运行环境问题,其中最迫切的需求是如何在高温天气下对柜内设备进行有效降温。分析研究了电气设备组件柜的降温措施,提出了两项优化措施,分别是增大冷却空气流量和降低冷却空气初始温度。通过智能变电站智能控制柜运行数据验证了优化措施的有效性,并对优化改进措施在实际生产中的应用提出了建议。 The microcomputer type electrical equipment is placed locally in the components cabinet of electrical equipment, facing the problems of high temperature, high humidity and other harshoperating environment. The most urgent need is how to cool down the electrical equipment in thecabinet during hot weather effectively. The cooling measures for components cabinet of electricalequipment are analyzed and studied in this paper, two optimization measures are proposed, includ-ing increasing the cooling air flow rate and reducing the initial temperature of the cooling air. Inthis paper, the effectiveness of the optimization measures is verified by the operation data of the intelligent control cabinet of the smart substation. Some reasonable suggestions on the application ofoptimized improvement measures in actual production are also put forward in this paper.
