摘要
总体城市设计是落实城市规划、指导建筑设计和塑造城市特色风貌的有效手段。瑞昌市湓城区总体城市设计通过提炼城市景观风貌特色,梳理城市景观风貌格局,提出城市空间景观设计目标和城市总体形象定位,构建城市总体设计空间结构,按照总体设计—分项设计—行动计划的路线,挖掘区域内在潜力与形象特征,塑造城市自身特色,保护城市自然山水格局,优化城市空间形态和总体格局,打造具有魅力的特色山水城市,对于类似区域的城市设计能够提供一定的借鉴。
Comprehensive urban design is an effective approach to implement urban master plan, guide architectural design, and create characteristic cityscape. Pencheng district comprehensive urban design studies urban landscape characters, concludes urban landscape layout, proposes urban landscape and general image visions, sets up general spatial structure, fol ows ＂comprehensive design-specialty design-action plan＂ technical route, explores and recreates innate urban characters, preserves natural landscape layout, improves general urban morphology, and builds ecological city with its unique features.
