摘要
目的 对比分析曲伏前列腺素和马来酸噻马洛尔滴眼液对于原发性开角型青光眼患者的应用价值和疗效.方法 选取本院眼科于2014年12月至2016年4月收治的原发性开角型青光眼患者150例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组75例.观察组给予曲伏前列腺素滴眼液治疗,对照组给予马来酸噻马洛尔滴眼液治疗,两组患者眼压变化、心率血压变化以及不良反应的发生情况比较.结果 观察组治疗后2周、治疗后1个月、治疗后2个月、治疗后3个月眼压测量值分别为(17.2±1.7) mmHg、(16.3±1.7) mmHg、(15.9±1.2) mmHg、(15.4±1.5) mmHg,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后2、4、6、8个月心率为74.5次/min、73.9次/min、74.1次/min和74.6次/min,与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组治疗后2、4、6、8个月与治疗前比较,心率为72.3次/min、70.2次/min、67.8次/min、65.5次/min,呈明显下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为无复视、无视觉障碍、无心绞痛,过敏性结膜炎均少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眼刺痛、烧灼感、心动过缓发生率分别为1.3%、1.3%、0.0%,均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);对照组干眼的发生率为1.3%,小于观察组10.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 曲伏前列腺素与马来酸噻马洛尔滴眼液相比,可更加有效降低患者眼压,且副作用较少,不容易影响患者心脏功能,更加适合临床应用.
Objective To compare and analyze the application values and effcacies of travoprost and timolol maleate eye drops for patients with primary open-angle glaucoma. Methods 150 patients with primary open-angle glaucoma treated at our department from December, 2014 to April, 2016 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group, 75 cases for each group. The observation group were treated with travoprost eye drops and control group with timolol maleate eye drops. The changes of intraocular pressure and heart rate and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The intraocular pressures were signifcantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (P 〈0.01). 2 weeks and 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment, the intraocular pressures of the observation group were (17.2±1.7) mmHg, (16.3±1.7) mmHg, (15.9±1.2) mmHg, and (15.4±1.5) mmHg. In the observation group, the heart rate before the treatment didn’t statistically differed from those 2, 4, 6, and 8 months after the treatment 74.5 times/min,73.9 times/min,74.1 times/min,and74.6 times/min(P〉 0.05). 2, 4, 6, and 8 months after the treatment, the heart rates 72.3 times/min,70.2 times/min,67.8 times/min,65.5 times/min were decreasing and were lower than that before the treatment in the control group (P 〈0.05). The incidences of retests, visual disturbances, allergic conjunctivitis, and angina pectoris in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group (P〈0.05). The incidences of ocular pain, burning sensation, and bradycardia in the observation group were 1.3%, 1.3%, and 0.0%; which were lower than those in the control group (P 〈0.01). The incidence of dry eye was lower in the control group than in the observation group (1.3% vs. 10.7%, P 〈0.05). Conclusion Travoprost is more effective in reducing intraocular pressure (IOP) and patients has fewer adverse reactions than those treated with timolol maleate eye drops. It is more suitable for clinical application.
