摘要
以PVA纤维作为外掺物质,研究了其掺量对水泥砂浆流动度、力学性能以及耐磨性能的影响规律,并对其改性机理进行了分析。结果表明,随着PVA纤维掺量的增加,复合砂浆试样流动度逐渐下降,各龄期复合砂浆试样抗折强度均表现为先增加后降低,PVA纤维复合砂浆试样各龄期单位面积磨损量均表现为先减小后增大。
In this paper,the influence of PVA addition on the fluidity,mechanical properties and wear resistance of cement mortar was studied,and the modification mechanism was analyzed. Results show that with the increasing addition of PVA fiber,the fluidity of the composite mortar decreases gradually,flexural strength of the composite mortar cured for different days increases first and then decreases,and the unit area wear loss of PVA fiber modified composite mortar decreases first and then increases.
