生物质成型燃料热解过程无机组分的析出特性 被引量:6

Releasing Characteristics of Main Inorganic Elements During the Pyrolysis of Biomass Pellets

摘要 使用固定床管式反应器研究了3种生物质成型燃料棉杆、竹屑和砂光粉热解过程中无机组分Na、K、Ca、Mg、Cl、S的析出特性。研究发现,生物质成型燃料中的S主要以有机态存在,其分解析出发生在600℃以下;成型后S的析出量在350℃时约减少16%,但是温度升高以后,成型过程对S的析出量影响不大。Cl的析出集中发生在中低温度段,主要是水溶态Cl发生反应而析出;相比棉秆生物质原样,成型以后Cl的释放量有所减少。燃料本身特性的不同导致碱金属Na与K的析出特性显著不同,并且棉秆成型后Na与K的析出率增大,低温下(〈550℃)Ca和Mg的析出量变化不大,高温下(〈550℃)析出率增长大约10%。 In this paper, the releasing characteristics of the main inorganic elements Na, K, Ca, Mg, S and Cl, during the pyrolysis of cotton stalk, bamboo and wood pellets were studied, using a fixed bed reactor. It was found that the majority of S exists in organic state in the biomass pellets, and the decomposition mainly occurred below 600℃; compared with cotton stalk powder biomass, the releasing ratio of S from cotton stalk pellets reduces about 16% at 350℃, but with the rising of temperature, the difference of the two is small. The releasing of Cl, mainly happen at middle temperature; the releasing ratio of Cl in cotton stalk pellets is smaller than that of powder. In addition, fuel characteristics results in the significantly different of releasing characteristics of Na and K. Compared with cotton stalk powder biomass, the releasing ratios of Na and K are increased,while of Ca and Mg have a little change at low temperature(550℃), and rise about 10% at high temperature(550℃).
