摘要
合成了一种应用于渣油悬浮床加氢裂化反应的亲油型二硫化钼催化剂。采用XRD,FT-IR,SEM,TEM等分析手段对催化剂进行表征。表征结果表明:合成的二硫化钼催化剂为无定型结构,催化剂含有目标有机官能团,催化剂颗粒呈球形,颗粒之间堆积松散。以克拉玛依常压渣油为原料,在高压釜中考察了不同反应条件对催化剂加氢活性的影响。评价结果表明,催化剂具有悬浮床催化加氢活性,在反应温度为425℃,催化剂加入量为200μg/g,初始氢气压力为7 MPa的反应条件下,产物中石脑油和柴油收率分别为11.83%和25.42%,总焦炭收率为1.48%。
A kind of oil-soluble molybdenum disulfide catalyst for residuum slurry-bed hydrocracking was synthesized. The catalyst was characterized by XRD,FT-IR,SEM and TEM,etc. The characterization results showed that the synthesized molybdenum disulfide catalyst is amorphous in structure,the catalyst contains peaks of target organic functional group,the catalyst particles are loose spherical with uniform particle distribution. The evaluation result showed that the catalyst exhibited preferable hydrogenation activity. Under the reaction conditions of 425 ℃ temperature,200 μg/g catalyst dosage and initial 7 MPa hydrogen pressure,the yields of naphtha and diesel oil in hydrocracking products are 11. 83% and 25. 42% respectively,and the total coke yield was 1. 48%.
