摘要
目的探讨三联疗法联合丹参注射液治疗胃溃疡的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年2月至2017年2月收治的140例胃溃疡患者的临床资料,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组70例。对照组给予三联疗法,观察组患者在对照组基础上,加行丹参注射液治疗,对比两组患者的临床总有效率以及复发率。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的复发率显著优于对照组,组间对比差异性存在(P<0.05)。结论对胃溃疡患者运用三联疗法联合丹参注射液的治疗效果显著,且复发率较低,能够更好地恢复患者的胃部功能,改善生活质量,值得临床应用。
Objective To explore clinical effect of triple therapy combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection in treatment of gastric ulcer. Methods Choose clinical data of 140 cases gastric ulcer patients treated in our hospital from February 2015 to February 2017, divide them into control and observation group randomly, 70 cases in each. Control group were treated with triple therapy, and observation group with combination of salvia miltiorrhiza injection based on therapy of control group. Compare clinical total effective rate and recurrence rate of two groups patients. Results Total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, difference showed statistical significance（P〈0.05）; recurrence rate of observation group was significantly better than control group, there was significant difference between two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Triple therapy combined with salvia miltiorrhiza injection has significant effect for gastric ulcer patients with low recurrence rate, which can restore gastric function better and improve life quality of patients, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
