摘要
目的观察对比手术与石膏外固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折效果。方法选取2012年7月至2017年7月我院收治的150例桡骨远端不稳定骨折患者作为研究对象,按照单双号法分为对照组和治疗组,每组中75例,对照组采用石膏外固定方法加以治疗,治疗组采用手术方法加以治疗,比较2组治疗效果、骨折畸形愈合发生率的差异。结果治疗组的优良率与对照组相比,对照组低于治疗组,组间存在明显差异(P<0.05);治疗组的骨折畸形愈合发生率与对照组相比,对照组高于治疗组,2组差异显著(P<0.05)。结论手术治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折的临床效果优于石膏外固定,可有效预防和减少骨折畸形愈合,值得优先选择和广泛使用。
Objective To observe and compare effect of operation and plaster external fixation in treatment of unstable distal radius fracture. Methods Choose 150 cases unstable distal radius fracture patients in our hospital from July 2012 to July 2017 as research objects, according to odd and even numbers divide them into control and treatment group, 75 cases in each. Control group was treated with plaster external fixation, and treatment group with surgical method. Compare difference of treatment effect, fracture malunion rate of two groups. Results Excellent and good rate of treatment group was higher than control group, difference showed significance between two groups,（P〈0.05）. Fracture malunion rate of treatment group was lower than control group, difference between two groups showed significance,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Surgical treatment has better effect than plaster external fixation in treatment of unstable distal radius fracture, which can prevent and reduce fracture malunion effectively, is worthy of being preferred and wide application.
