摘要
目的探讨非小细胞肺癌患者外周静脉血中红细胞分布宽度(RDW)在临床中的应用价值。方法将非小细胞肺癌患者246例,根据分期、淋巴结转移程度的不同分别对非小细胞肺癌患者进行分组,比较不同组间RDW的水平差异。应用SPSS24.0软件,所获数据采用Mann-Whitney U检验。结果不同分期的非小细胞肺癌患者中,Ⅰ期组全血RDW水平11.9%与Ⅱ期组12.1%相比,P>0.5,与Ⅲ期组12.9%、Ⅳ期组13.6%比较,P均<0.05;Ⅱ期组全血RDW水平与Ⅲ期、Ⅳ期组比较,均P<0.05;Ⅳ期组全血RDW水平高于期Ⅲ组,P<0.05;Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期组全血RDW水平13.4%显著高于Ⅰ期和Ⅱ期组12.0%,P<0.05。淋巴结转移程度不同的患者中,N0组全血RDW水平12.0%与N1组12.1%相比,P>0.5,与N2组13.1%、N3组13.7%比较,均P<0.05;N1组全血RDW水平与N2、N3组比较,均P<0.05;N3组全血RDW水平高于N2组,P<0.05。结论 RDW可作为非小细胞肺癌患者临床诊断及病情评估的指标。
Objective To explore the application value of red blood cell distribution width(RDW) of peripheral venous blood in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Medical records and RDW date of 246 patients with non-small cell lung cancer were collected from September 2012 to March 2015 in Shandong Qianfoshan Hospital. Patients with non-small cell lung cancer were divided into different groups according to disease stage and lymph node metastasis degree. Mann-Whitney U test was applied to compare the RDW differences among different groups. Results According to different stages, the comparison of RDW level in stage Ⅰ group (11.9%) with the RDW level in stage Ⅱ group (12.1%) was P〉0.05. RDW level in stage Ⅰ group was compared with that in stage Ⅲ (12.9%)group and stage Ⅳ (13.6%) group with P 〈 0.05. RDW level in stageⅡ group was compared with that in stage Ⅲ group and stage Ⅳ group with P 〈 0.05. The RDW levels in stage Ⅳ group was higher than that of in stage Ⅲ group, P 〈 0.05. RDW levels in stage Ⅲ group and stage Ⅳ group (13.4%) were higher than those in stage I group and Ⅱ group (12.0%), P 〈 0.05. According to the degree of lymph node metastasis, the RDW level in NO group (12.0%) was compared with that of in N1 group (12.0%) with P〉0.05. The RDW level in NO group was compared with those of in N2 group (13.1%) and N3 group (13.7%) with P 〈 0.05. The RDW level in N1 group was compared with those of in N2 group and N3 group with P 〈 0.05. The RDW levels in N3 group was higher than those of in N2 group (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion RDW can be considered as an indicator of clinical diagnosis and assessment of non-small cell lung cancer patients.
