摘要
本文简要分析了高值耗材的特性以及临床管理使用中的问题和潜在风险。在此基础上,采用闭环管理的理念,统筹高值耗材采购、供应、使用、监管4个方面,完成我院高值耗材使用管理流程再造,并依托条码技术,通过信息化手段,实现了高值耗材的动态管理和实时可控。此外电子病历系统和耗材管理系统完成交互,实现产品信息与患者信息的双向追溯。系统上线后,高值耗材自购入起全部使用、管理信息均纳入医院管理系统数据库内。该管理方式使高值耗材的使用管理数据实时性、动态性强,实现高值耗材的事后管理和使用分析统计,在实际应用中取得良好效果。
The characteristics of high-value consumables and the problems and potential risks in clinical management were analyzed in this paper. On this basis, the concept of closed-loop management was adopted to coordinate the procurement, supply, use and supervision of high-value consumables, and to complete the re-engineering of high-value consumables in our hospital. Meanwhile, the dynamic management and real-time control of high value consumables were realized by the means of informatization based on the bar code technology. In addition, the interaction of electronic medical record system and consumable management system was completed to realize the two-way traceability of product information and patient information. It’s worth mentioning that all the use and management information of the high value consumables purchase was included in the hospital management system database after the system was online. The use of this management method makes the management data of high value consumables real-time and dynamic, and realizes the post-management and use analysis statistics of high-value consumables, and achieves good results in practical application.
