摘要 在油田企业,电机是原油生产的动力机械采油电力驱动装备全是电机,约占总耗电量的80%。在实际生产中,很多电机处于轻载、低效、高耗能的运行状态,电能浪费严重。因此,电机节能降耗是解决油田节电降耗、降低开采成本的主要方向。本文主要对安塞油田生产现场近年来应用的双功率电机、永磁电机合理分析评价了节能节电效果,其中双功率电机节电率12%,永磁电机节电率31%。 In the oil field enterprise, the motor is the power machinery of the crude oil production, the electric drive equipment is all motor, which accounts for about 80% of the total energy consumption. In actual production, many motors are in light load, low efficiency and high energy consumption, and the energy waste is serious. Therefore, the energy saving and consumption reduction of the motor is the main direction of solving the energy saving and reducing consumption of the oil field and reducing the cost of mining. This paper mainly analyzes and evaluates the energy saving effect of dual power motor and permanent magnet motor in recent years in Ansai oil field. The energy saving rate of dual power motor is 12%, and the power saving rate of permanent magnet motor is 31%.
