摘要
目的探讨三联疗法、含铋剂四联疗法以及序贯疗法对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染患者的临床疗效。方法选取湘西自治州人民医院收治的幽门螺杆菌检查阳性的2136例患者进行研究,采用随机数字表法分为A、B、C组,A组721例患者采用标准三联疗法治疗,B组706例患者采用含铋剂四联疗法治疗,C组709例患者采用序贯疗法治疗,三组均持续用药治疗一个疗程,对比三组Hp根除率、治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,B、C组Hp根除率和临床治疗总有效率均高于A组,但B、C组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论含铋剂四联疗法和序贯疗法对Hp感染患者的临床疗效及Hp根除率均显著优于三联疗法,且不良反应轻微,安全性加高,在临床上用于治疗Hp感染的林场应用价值较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triple therapy,bismuth-containing quadruple therapy and sequential therapy on patients with Helicobacter pylori（ Hp） infection.Methods A total of 2136 patients with positive Hp admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into A,B and C groups.In the group A,721 patients were treated with the triple therapy; in the group B,706 patients were treated with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy and in the group C,709 patients were treated with sequential therapy.All three groups were treated with one course of treatment.The eradication rate,treatment effect and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results After the treatment,the Hp eradication rates and total clinical effect in the group B and C were significantly higher than those in the group A（ P〈0. 05） but there was no significant difference between the group B and C（ P〉0. 05）.There was no significant difference in adverse reaction rate among the three groups（ P〉0. 05）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy and Hp eradication rate of the bismuth-containing quadruple therapy and the sequential therapy are better than the triple therapy with minor adverse reactions and increased safety.Therefore,they have higher clinical application value.
