TiO_2-凹凸棒土的复合与光催化氧化废水中络合态铜的研究

摘要 以凹凸棒土作为载体,钛酸丁酯为钛源,通过溶胶凝胶法制备了锐钛矿型凹凸棒土/TiO_2复合光催化剂.通过采用X射线衍射仪(XRD)、能谱仪(EDS)和X射线能谱仪(XPS)对复合催化剂进行表征,结果证明了TiO2成功负载到凹凸棒土表面.对于初始Cu(Ⅱ)浓度为30mg/L的络合铜废水溶液,在制备复合催化剂煅烧温度510℃,初始pH 5,材料投加量为1g/L的条件下,在紫外灯光照下反应300min后铜的去除率达98.54%.通过光催化氧化反应使络合物被氧化的同时,还原反应可使Cu(Ⅱ)还原为零价铜. The TiO2/Attapulgite compound photocatalyst was prepared through sol-gel method by using attapulgite as carrier and TBOT as titanium resource.The ATP/TiO2 photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)and Energy Disperse Spectroscopy(EDS)and the results indicated that the TiO2 was loaded on the surface of attapulgite successfully.For Cu(Ⅱ)-EDTA solution with initial concentration of 30 mg/L,when the calcine temperature for preparation of ATP/TiO2 was 510℃,initial pH was 5,and the ATP/TiO2 was 1 g/L,the removal rate of Cu(Ⅱ)was 98.54%.The Cu(Ⅱ)was reduced into Cu0 in the same time when Cu(Ⅱ)was released from Cu(Ⅱ)-EDTA through oxidation process under UV-irradiation.
