摘要
以Ti_3C_2、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O、NaOH和SDBS为原料,采用水热法在不同锌碱比的条件下,合成Ti_3C_2负载ZnO二维电极材料.通过XRD和SEM分析发现,在水热15h、100℃、Zn(NO3)2·6H2O∶NaOH(摩尔比)为1∶20、ZnO∶SDBS(摩尔比)为3∶1的条件下,随着Ti_3C_2∶ZnO质量比的不断增加,ZnO的形貌由纳米棒状向纳米片状转变.电性能测试果表明:当Ti_3C_2与ZnO质量比为1∶10时,Ti_3C_2负载ZnO二维材料的比电容和电容及电性能最佳,在1A/g电流密度下可逆比电容达到24.67F/g,电容达到44.80F,且循环3 000次之后保持67.56%.
This study is taking Ti3C2,Zn(NO3)2·6 H2 O,NaOH and SDBS as raw materials to make a thorough inquiry on using hydrothermal to synthesis ZnO which Ti3C2 is attached.By XRD and SEM analysis we can found that when using 15 h、100 ℃、Zn(NO3)2·6 H2 O∶NaOH=1∶20 and ZnO∶SDBS=3∶1.With the Ti3C2∶ZnO increased,ZnO microstructures can be changed from nano bar to nano sheets.Electrical performance tests show:when the Ti3C2∶ZnO = 1∶10.It has the best value,and the electrical performance is also the best.Also the reversible capacitance is up to 24.67 F/g and the capacitance is up to 44.80 F while the current density is 1 A/g.Furthermore it can keep 67.56% when cycling 3 000 times.
