氮磷钾肥配施对海滨雀稗草坪质量及其生理代谢的影响 被引量:3

摘要 为海滨雀稗草坪合理施肥与养护管理提供参考,采用"3414"田间试验研究氮、磷、钾肥配施对海滨雀稗草坪质量及其生理代谢的影响。结果表明:在氮、磷、钾肥施用量分别为5g/m2、1.5g/m2和2.5g/m2时,海滨雀稗草坪的质量最优,为9级;雀稗草叶绿素含量最高,为(1.87±0.13)mg/g;丙二醛含量最低,为(7.11±0.30)nmol/g;脯氨酸含量较高,为(216.00±15.52)μg/g。综合各项指标,海滨雀稗草施用氮∶磷∶钾肥配比为10∶3∶5时,其草坪质量最优,生理代谢最佳。 In order to provide references for rational fertilization and maintenance management of turfgrass Paspalum vaginatum,a "3414"field experiment was conducted to explore the effects of combined application of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium on quality and physiological metabolism of P.vaginatum.Results:The quality of P.vaginatum reached level 9,which was best quality when the application amount of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium was respectively 5 g/m^2,1.5 g/m^2 and2.5 g/m^2.P.vaginatum was of the highest chlorophyll content of(1.87±0.13)mg/g,lowest malondialdehyde(MDA) content of(7.11 ± 0.30) nmol/g and higher proline content of(216.00±15.52)μg/g.P.vaginatum was of the best quality and physiological metabolism when the proportion of nitrogen∶phosphorus∶potassium was 10∶3∶5.
