摘要
本文针对高职策划类课程教学与企业岗位能力需求脱节的现象,以《展览策划》课程教学为例,基于岗位需求和工作具体流程,创新实践了模块推进、项目导向、理实一体、以赛促学的"6+2"教学模式,取得了良好的教学效果。
This paper focuses on the problem that the teaching mode and content of planning courses in higher vocational colleges mismatch the occupation demand of exhibition companies.Taking exhibition planning course as an example,we have created and practiced a new teaching mode on the basis of actual working process and occupation demand,named "6+2" teaching mode,which turned out to be an effective teaching method.This is a modular-propelled and project-oriented teaching mode and puts forward a teaching idea of theory-practice integration and promoting studying with competition.
