LDCT联合血清PTN、NSE水平检测对早期肺癌的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨低剂量CT(LDCT)联合血清多效蛋白(PTN)、神经元特异烯醇化酶(NSE)水平检测对早期肺癌的诊断价值。方法选取许昌市中心医院2015年3月至2017年2月收诊的42例早期肺癌患者作为观察Ⅰ组,41例良性肺部疾病患者作为观察Ⅱ组,另取40例同期健康体检者作为对照组,均行LDCT、血清PTN、NSE水平检测,对比各组血清PTN、NSE水平,统计比较单独检测与联合检测的肺癌阳性检出率。结果 3组血清NSE、PTN水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察Ⅰ组血清NSE、PTN水平高于观察Ⅱ组、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测阳性检出率为97.62%(41/42),高于血清NSE阳性检出率的78.57%(33/42)、PTN阳性检出率的71.43%(30/42)、LDCT阳性检出率的66.67%(28/42),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论血清PTN、NSE水平是早期肺癌重要标志物,联合LDCT检测可提高早期肺癌阳性检出率,具有较高诊断价值。
